~ "Due to circumstances beyond his and our control, Chairman Dave Archambault has decided not to attend the First Nations Gathering. While he will be greatly missed, we understand and support his decision. We bless him and his family. We wish them the very best and will continue to pray for them and all the people of the Standing Rock Sioux Reservation.
